NATRIAM 10-Pack Giveaway (2026) Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The NATRIAM 10-Pack Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Owners, officers, employees and contractors of Rocky Hock Investment Co, LLC d/b/a NATRIAM ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, and any company involved in the administration of the Giveaway, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

  1. During the Entry Period, visit natriam.com/pages/games and submit the NATRIAM registry form with a valid email address.
  2. Everyone who is subscribed to NATRIAM marketing email as of 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 26, 2026, including anyone who submitted the registry form before that time, is automatically entered once, provided they meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1. No further action is needed. Anyone who does not want to be included may email luis@natriam.com with the subject line "Remove me from the Giveaway" before the Entry Period ends. A person who is already subscribed and also submits the registry form still has only one (1) entry.
  3. Subscribing through any other form on natriam.com, including at checkout, does not create an entry; use the registry form.
  4. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Additional entries from the same person or email address will be void. If you are already on the NATRIAM email list and also submit the form, you still have one (1) entry; the duplicate is simply not counted.
  5. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void.
  6. If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address, and the potential winner may be required to show proof of that.

Entering is free. Buying NATRIAM products is not a method of entry and does not create an entry or improve your odds of winning. The only ways to enter are described in items 1 and 2 above.

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) winner will receive one (1) NATRIAM SOOTHE 10-Pack, consisting of ten (10) 10 ml bottles of NATRIAM SOOTHE, a hemp-derived CBD topical roll-on made in the USA. Approximate retail value (ARV): $350 USD. The prize ships free of charge to a street address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. If the prize cannot be delivered to the winner's address for any reason, Sponsor will award a substitute prize of equal or greater value or, at Sponsor's option, select an alternate potential winner. The product is a topical for external use only and is not intended to be ingested. No cash substitution, transfer or exchange of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address on file for the entry within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply with a valid United States shipping address within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification email is sent. If the potential winner does not reply within that time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The prize will ship within thirty (30) days after the winner is verified. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are not received because of spam filters, incorrect email addresses or other delivery problems.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions and Release

By entering, or by remaining on the NATRIAM email list after receiving notice of this Giveaway, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the documents; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its owners, officers, employees and agents, and Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok and their respective affiliates, from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the receipt, use or misuse of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor, its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the receipt, use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects its fair operation. If the Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor will award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical problems with the website or email systems. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

8. Publicity

Except for the winner list described in Section 11 (first name and state of residence), Sponsor will not use the winner's name, likeness or statements for advertising or promotional purposes unless the winner gives separate written permission. The winner is free to decline, and declining will not affect the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the registry form is used to administer the Giveaway and to send NATRIAM email, in accordance with the NATRIAM privacy policy at natriam.com/policies/privacy-policy. Email subscribers may unsubscribe at any time and will remain entered in the Giveaway.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform. Each entrant completely releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok from any responsibility for this Giveaway. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Huntsman World Senior Games or any other third party. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

11. Winner List

The first name and state of residence of the winner will be available from November 25, 2026 through January 15, 2027. Send an email with the subject line "NATRIAM 10-Pack Giveaway Winner" to luis@natriam.com during that period.
