NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Rocky Hock Investment Co, LLC, d/b/a NATRIAM™, P.O. Box 267, Edenton, NC 27932, United States (the “Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that receipt of the prize is permitted under the laws of their state and locality. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, or to decline to ship a prize, where shipment would violate applicable law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the Promotion entry page at natriam.com and complete the entry form, providing your first name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and a written response to the question “What would you use NATRIAM SOOTHE for?” All required fields must be completed for an entry to be valid. Entry is free.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, multiple identities, automated scripts, bots, macros, or any other means intended to circumvent this limit will void all of that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.
Marketing consent (email or SMS) is optional and is not required to enter or win, and declining it will not affect your chances of winning. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or not received for any reason.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about September 24, 2026, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The written response described in Section 4 is used to verify that entries are genuine and complete; it is not judged, scored, or ranked, and it does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Sponsor regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.
6. Prize
Ten (10) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) bottle of NATRIAM SOOTHE Premium CBD Recovery Roll-On (4,200 mg, 10 ml), including free standard shipping within the United States. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $39.99 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $399.90 USD.
Prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. No cash equivalent, transfer, assignment, or substitution of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes will be shipped only to a valid street address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, on or about September 24, 2026. A potential winner must respond to the notification email and confirm a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner at random from among the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to confirm eligibility, including age and state of residence, before a prize is awarded.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Sponsor will not publish a winner’s email address, telephone number, or full mailing address.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at natriam.com. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you regarding your entry and, if you have separately opted in, may send you marketing communications by email or SMS. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply.
11. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant that Sponsor reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicative, or otherwise not a genuine, good-faith entry by an eligible individual, including entries showing evidence of automated submission, nonsensical or non-responsive answers, invalid contact information, or attempts to submit multiple entries. Any attempt to deliberately damage the entry site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with participation in this Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, or network failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or extend the Promotion and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
13. No Affiliation with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
15. Winners List

16. Product Notice
NATRIAM SOOTHE is a topical product intended for adults 21 years of age and older. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
